BE IT ORDAINED BY the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of D6erfield, Illinois, that:
Section 1. The report and recommendation of the
Board of Zoning Appeals, together with the finding of facts
by the same Board, recommending the following described
variation is hereby accepted and adopted:
Section 2. A variation from the terms of the
Zoning Ordinance is hereby granted to permit the erection
of a sign on a post on private property, 30" high by 42" wide,
displaying the following: PIERSEN REALTY, 826 DEERFIELD
ROAD, inaccordance with the petition of the PIERSEN REALTY
COMPANY and the recommendation of the Board of 'Zoning Appeals.
