AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE
DEERFIELD
WHEREAS the question of making the following amendment to the
zoning ordinance of the Village of Deerfield has been referred to the
Plan Commission for a public hearing, and the Plan Commission has held
such public hearing after due notice as required by law:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield, that:
Lots 4, 5, 69 7, 8, 9, lo, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17,
18, 54, 55, 56, 59, and 60 in the Edwin P. Osterman's
Subdivision and
Lots 16, 17, and 18 in the Karch's Subdivision and
Lots 1 and 2 in the Truesdell's Second Addit$on to Deerfield
and
Lot #l, except the South 30 feet thereof and Lot #2 in the
Osterman's Subdivision of Lots #57 and #58 of the Edwin P.
Osterman's Subdivision and
That part of Section 32, Township 43 North, Range 12 East of
the 3rd Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning
at a point on the West line of Chestnut Street 164 feet North
of the South line of the North half (N'z) of the North halt (Nz)
of the Northeast quarter (NEO of said section; thence North
100 feet, thence West 150 feet; thence South 100 feet; thence
East 150 feet to POB. and
(Except the South 40 feet,North 175 feet, West 123.12 feet,
East 186.12 feet, South 264 feet and (except land described

shall be subject to all regulations of the zoning ordinance applying

is hereby amended to effectuate this change.
