ANNEXATION ORDINANCE y
Whereas the tract described in the following ordinance is
contiguous to the boundaries of the village of Deerfield and does
not lie in any other village or incorporated town; and
Whereas there are no electors residing on the said tract
and the owner thereof has petitioned that it be annexed to the
village; now therefore:
Be it ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Deerfield, that:
The following described area, to wit:
That part of the north half of the northeast quarter of section 30,
township 43 north, range 12 east of -the third principle meridian,
within the following boundaries: beginning on the east line of
section 30, fourinirety -five and sixty -two hundredths feet south

of the northeast corner thereof; thence westerly along a line
malting an angle with the east line of said section 30, of eighty -
two degrees, forty -eight minutes, thirty seconds, as measured from
west to north, a distance of three hundred twenty four and forty -
five hundredths feet; thence north parallel with the east line
of said section 30, eleven and nine hundredths feet; thence westerly
along a line making an angle with the prolongation of the last
described line of eighty -two degrees forty -eight minutes, thirty
seconds measured from north to west, a distance of seventy -eight
and seventeen hundredths feet to a point four hundred thirty three
and ninety -one hundredths feet south of and measured at right
angles to the north line of said section from a point on said
north line, three hundred nineyy -nine and sixty0four hundredths
