BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Deerfield, Illinois, that:
SECTION 1. The report and recommendation of the Board of
Zoning Appeals, together with the finding of facts by the same Board,
recommending the following described variation is hereby adopted and
acce pted :
SECTION 2.
A variation from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance,
Section XV - 5, is hereby granted-to permit the construction on the
premises known as 404 - 544 Waukegan Road, of an enclosed storage
tower of seventy -five feet (751) in height instead of the required 351.
