BE IT ORDAINED BY the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Deerfield, Illinois, that:
SECTION 1. The report and recommendation of the Board of
Zoning Appeals,' together with the finding of facts by the same Board,
recommending the following described variation is hereby adopted and
accepted:
SECTION 2. A variation from .-he terms of the Zoning Ordinance,
Section XV - 5, is hereby granted to permit the construction on the
premises known as 400 - -544 Waukegan Road, of a holding freezer to
a height of 481 instead of the required 3.51.
