Whereas the question of adopting the following ordinance
was referred to the Plan Commission of the Village which held a
public hearing thereon after due notice as required by law;
now therefore:
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield, that:
The zoning ordinance of the Village is hereby amended
by classifying the following described property, to wit:
All of lot R (except the west 250 feet thereof) in Owners
division, a subdivision in the S. W. quarter of, Section 29, town-
ship 43 N., Range 12, east of the Third Principal Meridian.
as a part of the R -1 -A district established by the zoning ordinance.
The zoning map is hereby amended to indicate this
change.
