BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, Illinois, that:
Section 1. The report and recommendation of the Board of Zoning
Appeals, together with the finding of facts by the same Board, recom-
mending the following described variation is hereby accepted and adopted:
Section 2. A 'variation from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance is
hereby granted to permit a variance of approximately one and one -half
feet (1 -112 feet) from the required thirty-five foot (351) front yard re-
quirement, Section IV, C -1, on Lot 3, Nixon Blietz Subdivision, other-
wise known as 781 Carriage Way, Deerfield, Illinois.
