ORDINANCE 0 -62 -?
WHEREAS the property described in the following resolution
is no longer needed for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield has authorized the calling for bids for the sale of such
property to the highest bidder; and
WHEREAS the notice of sale was published as required by
law and the bid accepted herein was the best bid for the property.
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois, that:
The Village President and the Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute a quitclaim of the premises known as:
"The north 1,5,.51 of the west 331 of the
east 661 of the southwest 1/4 of the southwest
1/4, Section 34, Township 43 north, Range 12,
east of the Third Principal Meridian in
Lake County, Illinois!li;'
to the Deerfield Development Company in accordance with the bid
of that Company to purchase the said property at a price of
two hundred fifty dollars.
