BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Deerfield, that:
There is hereby created a police department, an executive department
of the Village. The police department shall consist of the Chief of Police

sergeant, and such other members as may be provided for from time
to time by the President and Board of Trustees.
