Be It Ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
ofDee.rfield, that:
The following streets or portions thereof, all lying within the South
Half of the North East Quarter of Section 32, Township 43 North, Range 12,
East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, in Lake County, Illinois, to -wit:
Bunton Avenue, otherwise known as a rectangular strip of land 60 ft.
in width conveyed to the Village of Deerfield by Deed dated July 23,.
1954 by Franken Bros, Inc., excepting that portion of Burton Avenue,,
which lies between the borders of Locust Ptace- extended;,and
All that part of Jonquil Terrace lying within a rectangular strip
60 ft. in width, conveyed to,'th& Village by Franken Bros. Inc.
in a Deed dated July 23, 1954 and recorded July 28, 1954; and
A rectangular strip 60 ft, i.n:wid -th the center line beginning at.,
a point 1430 ft. % -rest and 125 ftr r,North of the South boundary l kne
of the: said One Quarter secti on, .,.thence;.,South parallel to the East
boundary line of said One Quarter Section; described as Farcel 2
in the above mentioned Deed.

Provided the Village retains and receives the right to use, maintain,
replace and repair any water or sewer lines now existing in any of the
areas vacated as streets by this ordinance.
