ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION
WHEREAS the question of granting the following variation was
considered by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Deerfield
at a public hearing on January 15, 1961, following due publication as
required by law; and
WHEREAS the said Board of Zoning Appeals recommended the granting
of the following variation:'
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, that:
A variation is hereby granted under the provisions of the
Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield to Mr. John H. Reinhard
for the construction of a family room connecting the existing residence
and garage on the premises knwon as 946 Central Avenue, with a sideyard
of 4.9 ft at the west and 6.27 ft. at the east.
And the Village of Deerfield hereby adopts the findings of the
Board of Zoning Appeals in connection with this request for a variation.
