SEWER AND WATER REPAYMENT ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of\Deerfield, that:
1. There shall be installed a sanitary sewer and water main on Carriage
Way Road and Smoke Tree Road at the locations shown on the map attached to and
made a part of this ordinance, all in accordance with the plans and specifications
filed with the Village.
2. The cost of installing said sanitary sewer and water mains, in the
amount of $5,300.00, shall be paid by the Board of Education of School District
No. 108, Highland Park.
3. The Village shall charge the developer of the property through which
the sewer and water mains are installed a connection charge equal to seventy per
cent (70%) of the cost of installation of said mains, to -wit $3,710.00.
Provided that the Board of Education of School District No. 108, Highland
Park, shall have no claim against the Village of Deerfield for reimbursement
other than said connection charge referred to in Section 3, when, as and if
collected by the Village.
4. Such sewer and water mains shall be and become a part of the sanitary
sewer and water system of the Village, upon approval and acceptance by.the
Village.
5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after i.ts
passage, approval and its acceptance by the Board of Education of school
District No. 108, Highland Park.
