ORDINANCE NO. Q - 6 I - /7
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield that:
1. It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale
any food for human consumption on any street,
alley, or public way in the Village of Deerfield.
2. Any violation of this ordinance shall be punish-
able by a fine of not less than five dollars
($-5.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00)
for each offense.
3. This ordinance shall be in force from and after
its passage, approval and publication as pro-
vided by lava.
