ORDINANCE No.
VACATION OF PART OF KENMORE AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the village of Deerfield, Illinois, that:
Section 1. It is to the best interests of the village
of Deerfield that the following part of a street be vacated,
and the same is hereby vacated:
That part of Kenmore Avenue lying south
of,and adjacent to Lots 116, 117, 118, and 119
in J. S. Hovland's First Addition to Deerfield.
Section 2. There is hereby reserved to the village
of Deerfield, and to any public utility presently maintain-
ing any facility in said part of a street, the right to con-
tinue to maintain and operate and replace said facilities.

We, the undersigned, being one hundred percent of the
property owners abutting on the following described portion of
Kenmore Avenue, hereby petition that the Board of Trustees
vacate the following:
That portion of Knnmore Avenue lying south
of the rear (south) lot line of lots fronting on
Hackberry Avenue extending south to Rosewood
Avenue.
