WHEREAS property hereinafter described located in the
City of Highland Park is served by the sewage system and
sewage disposal plant of the Village of Deerfield, and the
mains serving the said property and leading the sewage there -
from into the sewage system of the Village of Deerfield are
maintained by the City of Highland Park:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED that the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield that:
There shall be a charge made for sewage service con -
sisting of treatment of the sewage from such homes in the
sewage treatment plant of the Village of Deerfield, in the
following area located in the City of Highland Park, to-wit:
All that part of Briargate Villas• subdivision located in
Highland Park, otherwise described as Blocks 1, 2, 3, and 4
f-yffAlz-
in the said subdivision of Wfor each residence so served.
In consideration of the maintenance of the sewer mains
and connecting siphon hereinabcv a described by the City of
Highland Park and the payment of the charge hereinafter
described, the Village of Deerfield agrees to continue the
treatment of the sewage originating in the above described
area.
