ORDINANCE REPEALING VARIATION
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Illinois, that:
Ordinance No. 0- 61 -21, passed on the 5th day of
June, 1961, granting a variation from the terms of the
zoning ordinance for premises located at 1012 Rosemary
Terrace be and the same is hereby repealed.

GARBAGE GRINDERS
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Illinois, that:
Section 1. Ordinance 0 -59 -14 amending the
Plumbing Code for the village by prohibiting garbage
grinders, is hereby repealed. From and after the ef-
fective date of this ordinance garbage grinders may
be used in the village of Deerfield.
