ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION
WHEREAS the Zoning Board of Appeals held a
Public hearing on the question of granting the
variation hereinafter described, as provided by
law:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Presi-
dent and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deer-
field, Illinois, that:
A variation from the terms of the zoning
ordinance is hereby granted to permit the establish-
ment of Lots having a frontage of eighty -two (82)
feet in Lot Q of Owners Subdivision covering
1019 to 1035 Wilmot Road.
