ORDINANCE N04 Y,
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield, that:.
Ordinance No. 140, adopted July 12, 1954, shall be re-
vised to read as follows:
There shall be a minimum charge of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
for water used during the construction of any building or
structure. No further deposit shall be required in connection
with such service.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
