O-61-47AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the village of Deerfield, that: Section 1. It shall be unlawful to serve, or drink, any alcoholic liquor in any restaurant, dining room, lunch room or other place of public resort in the village, other than one where the sale of alcobclic liquor for consumption on the premises is permitted under license. Section__?, ., It shall be unlawful to drink any alco- holic drink in any public street, alley, parkway, driveway or parking lot in the village. Section 31 The term Alcoholic Liquor as used in this ordinance shall include alcoholic liquor as defined in the Illinois Liquor Control Act. Section 4" Any person, firm or corporation violat- ing any provision of this ordinance.. shall be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than two hundred dollars for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. The Village President is hereby authorized to revoke the license of any business conducted on the premises if the licensee knowingly permits a violation of the provisions of this ordinance to occur thereon.
