RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE TRANSFER OF.
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUNDS TO GENERAL FUNDS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
SECTION That the Village Treasurer be and he is hereby
ONE: authorized to transfer an aggregate amount,
not to exceed $51,000, from the following
Special Assessment Funds:

SECTION That the Village Treasurer is further directed
TWO: from time to time,upon the presentment dor pay-
ment of Special Assessment bonds or warrants
due and payable from any of the above - numbered Special Assess-
ment Funds, to return and repay from the General Fund, to the
respective Special Assessment Funds, such amounts of the funds
so transferred, as may be required to satisfy and pay the
amounts due on the bonds so presented.
