O-61-52ZONING AMENDMENT
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Deerfield, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois,
that:
Section 1.
The recommendation of the Plan Commission follow-
ing a public hearing after due notice as required by law for the
adoption of the following amendment to the zoning ordinance is
hereby accepted and approved.
Section 2. The zoning ordinance of the village of Deer-
field be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto and
inserting therein following Paragraph 14 of Section V.thereof
the f ollowin g :
"XV. It shall be unlawful to use any lot or
tract, other than a public street,zoned for
single family or two-family-use as a means of
access to, or ingress and egress to and from, any
tract or lot other than one zoned for single
family or twQfamily use.
It shall be unlawful to use any lot or tract,
other than a public street, zoned for R -7 uses
for ingress and egress to and from, or access
to, to any premises zoned for other than resi-
dence purposes.
