BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield, Illinofit, that:
Section 1. The report and recommendation of the Board
of Zoning Appeals, together with the finding of facts by the
same Board, recommending the following described variation is
hereby accepted and adopted:
Section 2. A variation from the terms of the zoning
ordinance is hereby granted to permit the construction of a
greenhouse 161 13" x 9t 6" attached to the garage and main build-
ing within 19 feet of the rear lot line on the premises known as
1035 Hazel Avenue, in accordance with the petition of KERMIT M.
BISHOP, and the recommendation of the Board of Zoning Appeals.
