WILMOT ROAD SIDBWALK IMPROVEMENT
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the village of Deerfield, Illinois, that:
Section I. It is to the best interests of the vill-
age of Deerfield' that the proposed improvement-to consist
of concrete sidewalks along Wilmot Road from the North
line of Lake -Cook Road (County Line Road) to the South edge
of North Avenue, known as Deerfield Special Assessment No.
99, be amended by removing from the . proposed improvement
that part of the proposed sidewalk lying between ,the North
line
of
Lake -Cook Road
(County Line Road) and the South
line
of,

Section II. The ordinance heretofore passed providing
for the above described improvement is hereby amended by re-
moving therefrom the portion of the proposed sidewalk lying
between the North line of Lake -Cook Road (County Line Road)
and the South line Road.
