ORDINANCE
Amendment (to "An Ordinance Regulating the
Sale of Alcoholic Liquor':'
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of-the Village
of Deerfield, that:
A. Section i of "An Ordinance Regulating the Sale of Alcoholic
Liquor" WO- 59 -66) be and the same is hereby amended by removing therefrom
the following language which appears in said Section 1, to -wit:
"It shall be' unlawful for any holder of a Retail Liquor Dealer's License or
his agent or employee to suffer or permit any minor to remain in any room or
place where such licensed premises are located or any room or compartment
adjoining or adjacent thereto."
B. Section 2 of the said Ordinance is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"Section 2. It shall be lawful to sell alcoholic liquor on Sundays for
consumption on the premises, and not otherwise."
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication.
