Traffic Amendment - DRivers (Liquor or Drugs)
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield, that:
Section 8.02, Chapter Vill of "An Ordinance Regulating Traffic in
the Village of Deerfield WO- 59 -34) be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"8.02 LIQUOR OR DRUGS.) It ' hill be unlawful for the habitual user of
narcotic drugs to operate any motor vehidde in the Village of Deerfield;
and it shall be unlawful for any intoxicated person, or any person under
the influence of alcohol or of a narcotic drug, to operate or attempt to
operate any motor vehicle in the Village."
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its - passage, approval and publication.
