AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITiIONAL USE
CHESTNUT STREET PARKING
BE'1•T ORDAINED by the Presaident and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
Pursuant to recommendation.by the Plan Commission, made after a
.public hearing after due notice as provided by law,'the report of the
Plan Commission is hereby approved; and a Conditional Use,is hereby
granted for a PUBLIC PARKING AREA on the East side of the East curb
line of.Chestnut Street to the.Chicago,:;Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific
Railroad right -of -way from Deerfield Road northerly to Greenwood Avenue.
