DRAM SHOP
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Deerfield, that:
An Ordinance Regulating Traffic in the Village of Deerfield, Illinois,
enacted May 20, 1959, be and the same is hereby amended by--.adding to Article j.
thereof a section to be known as Section 1.10, to read as follows:
111.10 It shall be unlawful for any person to transport, carry, possess or
have any alcoholic liquor in or upon or about any motor vehicle in the Village
except in the original package and with the seal unbroken."
Any person, Jfirm or corporation violating the provisions of this ordinance
shall be fined not less than FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) nor more than TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS
($200.00) for each offense.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication.
