AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING DRINKING BY MINORS
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for a minor to drink intoxicating
liquor or to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor in the Village
of Deerfield.
Section 2. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance
shall be fined not less than FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) nor more than TWO
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00).
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in-full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
