ORDINANCE No. 0 -60 -27
ANNEXATION ORDINANCE
WHEREAS the following described part of Waukegan Road
Is contiguous to the Village of Deerfield, in that said part
of Waukegan Road is 'ad jacent to the present village limits for
its entire length.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Cook and Lake Counties,
Illinois, that:
Section 1. The corporate authorities of the village of
Deerfield hereby find that the statements made in the preamble
to this ordinance are true.
Section 2. The ' following part of Waukegan Road is hereby
annexed to the village: The West half of that part of Waukegan
Road lying between the south line of the south -east quarter
(SE-1) of Section 20, Township 43 North, Range 10, East of the
Third Principal Meridian, and a line parallel to said south
line and 2805.16 feet northerly thereof,
Section 3. A certified copy of this ordinance shall be
recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of Lake County, Illinois.
Passed this 31st day of August , 1960.

qualified and acting Village Clerk of the Village of Deerfield, Lake
and Cook Counties, Illinois, and as such is the custodian of the records
of the said Village; and that the attached is a true and accurate copy
of an ordinance annexing a part of Waukegan Road to the Village of
Deerfield, which was duly passed by the Board of Trustees an a roll -call
vote at an adjourned meeting on August 31, 1960, and approved by the
President pro tem as the same appears on the records of the Village in
her custody as Village Clerk,
