ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board'of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
The report and recommendation by the Plan Commission dated August 11,
1960, pertaining to the granting'of a conditional use as hereinafter
described is hereby approved.
A conditional use is hereby granted for the conduct and operation
of a CHURCH AND ACCESSORY BUILDINGS FOR RELIGIOUS PURPOSES on the premises
hereinafter described:
Lot 25 in Block 20, H. 0. Stone and Co.'s Addition to Deerfield
in Sections 28 and 29, Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the
Third Principal Meridian in Lake County, Illinois; and the East
40 ft. of Lot 12 in Block 1 in Town of Deerfield, a Subdivision
in Sec. 28, Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal
Meridian in Lake County, Illinois.
