AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
The report and recommendation by the Plan Commission dated
August 11, 1960, pertaining to the granting of a conditional use as
hereinafter described is hereby approved.
.A conditional use is hereby granted for the conduct and operation
of a NURSERY SCHOOL on the premises hereinafter described:
Lot 22, 0. B. Von Linde's Subdivision, being
of Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 (except the Eas
