Plan Commission held a Public Hearing o the question and recommended
that the above described premises be ned for R -1 use:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED y the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deer fie d that a variance is hereby
granted to permit the maintenance and operation of a swimming
pool, parking lot, snack bar an p on the said premises
in the location and covering the area indicated for such purposes
in the application by the Briarwood Golf Club now on file wi,th._'p
the Village for the construction of a parking lot, pie -shop. ��
snack bar, and swimming pool.
J The Board finds that the operation of segh facilities on such
premises would not change the character of the neighborhood or
be detrimental to the welfare of the neighborfng property or
the residents of the Village.
