BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, that:
The Agreement between Baxter and Woodman and the Village of
Deerfield for engineering services in connection with the proposed
improvement designated as Section 26 -SS to be financed with Motor
Fuel Tax funds is hereby approved, and the execution of said Agreement
by the.President and Village Clerk of the said Village is hereby
approved.
PASSED this 1st day of April, A.D. 1968.
