Zoning Amendment - Business Uses,
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, that:
Pursuant.to recommendation by the Plan Commissions made diter a
public hearing following duo notice as required by ldwy the Zoning
Ordinance fors the Village of Deerfield, passed May 4, 1953, as amended,
be and the same is hereby further amended as follows:
1. Section XIV of the said ordinance is hereby amended by
deleting from Paragraph A thereof the following sub - paragraphs:
114. Auction rooms.
13. Dance halls.
37. Manufacturing or processing which is clearly incidental to
retail use is permitted. Such manufacturing or processing
is limited to that which employs not more than ten (10)
persons in the manufacturing or processing."
2. Section XIV, Paragraph A, sub - paragraphs 27 and 28 are
hereby amended to read as'follows:
" 27. Radio broadcasting studios.
28. Recreation places, except dance halls.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
Its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
