O-59-44ORDINANCE O -y7— 4Y BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, that: Pursuant to recommendation by the Board of Zoning Appeals, following a public hearing after due publication as required by law, the recommendation of the Board of Zoning Appeals as to the application of Robert A. Davis for a variation from the Zoning Ordinance is hereby accepted and adopted; and a variation is hereby granted from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of an addition to the residence and garage on Lot 3 and the South 29 feet of Lot 2, Deerfield Park Land and Improvement Sub- division, commonly known as 942 Alden Court, with a five foot (5') side yard on the south and a side yard of six and one -half feet (62') on the north.
