BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield, that:
Pursuant to recommendation by the Board of Zoning Appeals, following a
public hearing after due publication as required by law, the recommendation
of the Board of Zoning Appeals as to the application of Harold R. Gleason
for a variation from the Zoning Ordinance is hereby accepted and adopted;,
and a variation is hereby granted from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance
to permit the construction of an addition to the residence and garage on
Lot 33, Westview Subdivision, commonly known as 706 Deerpath Drive, with
a side yard of five feet (5'') on the south and a side yard of five feet (51)
on the north.
