BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfieldo that:
Section 1.5 of Ordinance #1544, "Subdivision tmprovesant Standards"
is hereby amended to read as follows:
111.5. Storm samrs not necessary for street mullor subdivision drainage
and storm sewer' se,vices to residences shall not be requI red. Rear yard
drains way be required by the Building Ccmwission and /or Village Engineer
wherever necessary to prevent flooding."
This ordinance shalt be In full force and effect from and after its
passages approval and publication, as provided by law.
