Be it ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of . Deerf 1 ei d that;
A variation be and is hereby granted in accordance with the recommendation
and report of the Board of Zoning Appeals dated September 8, 1959 to
permit the construction of two multiple family buildings on the tot
described as
The East 100 feet of the West 414.5-feet of the North 42 rods of
the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 32, Township 43
North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Lake
County Illinois
upon the following conditions:
1. That a parcel of land measuring 50' x 50' x 50' x '50' at the
Southeast corner of the said property be deeded to the Village
for public street purposes without charge,
