WHEREAS; the President and Board of Trustees of the '
Village of Deerfield, Illinois, heretofore on March 18, 1959
passed an Ordinance entitled g

"AN ORDINANCE creating an issue of
$545,000 Water Revenue Bonds, Series
of 1959, of the Village. of .-Deerfield,
Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois."

and awarded sale of said bonds to A. C. Allyn and Company, Incor-
porated and Scott & Kegley, Inc. of Chicago, Illinois, to bear tuehll
bate or rates of interest not exceeding Six Per Cent (6%) per annum;
and to be payable at such paying agent as specified by the Ordinance
providing for delivery of said bonds to said purchasers in accordance
with the contract of purchase of said purchasers at an interest
cost to said Village of less than Six Per Cent (6%) per annum; and l
WHEREAS; A. C. Allyn and Company, Incorporated and Scott '
& Kegley, Inc. of Chicago, Illinois are now willing to accept de-
livery of said bonds at a price of $.53y J y�'.l� in accordance with'" .
their contract.of purchase, as aforesaid, and said President and
Board of Trustees determine that it is now necessary to designate j

the paying agent for the 'said bonds and to specify the rates of in -'
terest the said bonds are to bear in full compliance with the terms'
and provisions of said Ordinance adopted on March 18, 1959 author-
' izing the said bonds, as aforesaid.

NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained by the President and

Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Lake and Cook r
.Counties, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1. That said $545,000 Water Revenue Bonds, Series
of 1959, be delivered to A. C. Allyn and Company, Incorporated and
Scott & Kegley, Inc. of Chicago, Illinois, at a price of $ 534,149:15;
and accrued interest from April 1, 1959 to the date of delivery ands

payment thereof, being at an interest cost to said Village of
Deerfield of �'. 0 %, and that said bonds shall bear interest as
follows:

and the Village Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to de-
liver said bonds to said purchaser against payment therefor in
accordance with said contract of purchase and the terms of said
Ordinance adopted March 18, 1959, as aforesaid, authorizing the
issue of said bonds.
Section 2. That the President, Village Clerk, Village j
Attorney and Village Treasurer are each hereby.authoriaed, directed
and empowered, without further order of the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, to execute said $545,000
Water Revenue Bonds, Series of 1959, herein described, and to de-
liver the same in accordance herewith and to execute and deliver
such certificates,.agreements and proeeedings.as may be necessary
or convenient for the delivery of the said $5445,000 Water Revenue !
Bonds, Series of 1959, in accordance.herewith, and all proceeds

received from the delivery and the payment of the said bonds shall
be accounted for and used and held for use as recited in said Ordii
t
nance adopted March 18, 1959 authorizing the issue of said $545,000

Section 3. That interest upon the said $545,000 Water
Revenue Bonds,. Series of 1959, at the several rates hereinabove

Revenue Bonds,. Series of 1959, at the several rates hereinabove

specified, shall be evidenced by coupons to be attached to each of
said bonds, and such interest at such rates, as aforesaid, shall bej
payable November 1, 1959 and semi - annually on May 1 and November 1
of each year until.paid, and both the principal of and interest on

the said bonds at the said rates hereinabove specified shall be
payable in lawful money of the United States of America at

in accordance with all of the terms f
and provisions of said Ordinance adopted March 18, 1959 authorizing]
the said bonds.
Section 4. That except as hereinabove specified, the
said $5+5,000 Water Revenue Bonds, Series of 1959, shall be dated, I
numbered, of the denomination, shall mature and be subject to re-
demption prior to maturity and shall be in such form, all as further'
described and provided in said Ordinance adopted March 18, 1959, as

aforesaid, and all of the provisions, terms, conditions and cove-
nants in said Ordinance adopted March 18, 1959 authorizing the said,
bonds and providing for the security, payment and retirement of i
the said bonds are hereby in all respects confirmed.
PASSED; ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield.. Lake and Cook Counties,
