ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE

BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Deerfield, that:
The report and recommendation of the Plan Commission, made
after a public hearing and for which public notice was published as required
by law, pertaining to the granting of a conditional use as hereinafter describ-
ed, is hereby approved.
A conditional use is hereby granted for the construction and
operation of a church and accessory buildings for religious purposes on the
premises hereinafter described:
That part of Section 33, Township 43 North, Range 12,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, described as
follows: Beginning at the South East corner of the
South West Quarter of the South East Quarter of Section
33, aforesaid; thence running West on the South line
of said Section, 187.8 feet; thence North 3 degrees 51
minutes West 382.6 feet to an iron pipe; thence East
parallel] with the South line of said Section 216.3 feet
to an iron pipe in the East line of the South West Quarter
of the South East Quarter of the South East Quarter, 380
feet to the place of beginning in Lake County, Illinois.
