BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerf <Wd, Lake and Cook Counties, 1 l l i not s, that:
The Agreement between Baxter and Woodman and theVillage of
Deerfiedld for engineering services in connection with the proposed
improvement designated as Section 25 -CS to be financed with Motor
Fuel Tax funds is hereby approved, and the execution of said Agreement
by the President and Village Clerk of the said Village is hereby
authorized.
