O-66-19ORDINANCE NO.' 0 -66 -19 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING ORDVNANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD (SOIL TESTING SERVICES PROPERTY) WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield, pursuant to proper notice,,has held a public hearing upon the request of the owner of certain property proposed to be annexed to the Village to zone or classify said.property. which is hereinafter described, in the "M" Manufacturing District; and WHEREAS, said Plan Commission has recommended that the President and Board of Trustees amend the Zoning Map of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield so as to zone and classify said property in the "M" Manufacturing District; and WHEREAS, said property has been duly annexed to the Village of Deerfield. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the Zoning Map of the Village of Deerfield included ONE: and made a part of the Village of Deerfield Zoning Ordi- nance, passed May 4, 1953, as amended, is hereby further amended by zoning and classifying the following described property in the "M" Manufacturing District: All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 42 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian described as follows: Commencing at the point of inter- section of a line parallel to and fifty (50) feet East of the West line of said Section 4 and the North line of the Illinois Toll Road, said North line being 250.20 feet North of the South line of the North- west Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 4; thence East along said North line of the Illinois Toll Road 327.57 feet; thence North on a line drawn to a point 371.22 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Section 4 (as measured on the North line of said Section 4) hereinafter referred to as Line "A ", for a distance of 241.50 feet; thence West parallel with the North line of the-Illinois Toll Road aforesaid 326.12 feet (more or less) to a point in a line fifty (50) feet East of and parallel to the West line of said Northwest Quarter aforesaid; thence South along said last described parallel line to the place of beginning, all in Cook County, Illinois, -and- All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 42 North, Range 12,'East of the Third Principal Meridian described as follows: Commencing at the point of inter- section of a line paralle to and fifty (50) feet East of the West line of said Section 4-and the North line of the Illinois Toll Road, said North line being 250.20 feet North of the South line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 4;
