O-66-18ORDINANCE NO. 0 -66 -18 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD (CULLMAN WHEEL COMPANY) WHEREAS, the Plan Commissionc•of the Village of Deerfield, pursuant to proper notice, has held a public hearing upon the request of the owner of certain property proposed to be annexed to the Village.to zone or classify said property, which is hereinafter described, in the "M" Manufacturing District; and WHEREAS, said Plan Commission has recommended that the Pre sident,and Board of Trustees amend the Zoning Map of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deer- field so as.to zone and classify said property in the "MY Manufacturing.District; and WHEREAS, said property has been duly-annexed to the Village of Deerfield. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the Zoning Map of the Village of Deerfield included and made ONE: a part of the Village of Deerfield Zoning Ordinance, passed May 4, 1953, as amended, is hereby further amended by zoning and classi- fying the following described property in the "M" Manufacturing District: That part of the North West Quarter of the North West Quarter of Section Four (4), Township Forty -Two (42) .North, Range Twelve (12),, East -of' the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows: BEGINNING at the.point of inter- section of the West line of the North West Quarter of said Section 4 and the North line'of the Illinois Toll Road, said North line being 250.20 feet North of the South line of the North West quarter of the North West quarter of said Section 4; thence East on said line a distance of 377.57 feet FOR A POINT 0 BEGINNING; thence NORTH on a line drawn to a point 371.22 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Section 4 (as measured on the North line of said Section 4) a distance of 373.65 feet; thence East parallel withihe North line of said Illinois Toll Road, a distance of 476.78 feet to the center line of Union Drainage District Ditch; thence SOUTHEASTERLY along said center line, _!i a distance of 457.67 feet to the North line of an easement for 'I l 1 i not s Toll Road, being a curved line having a radius of 2989.79 feet; thence WEST along said curved North line of said easement, a distance of 80.0 feet to the Southwest - corner of said easement and the North line of Illinois Toll Road; thence WESTERLY along said North line of said Illinois Toll Road, being a curved line having a radius of 2989.79 feet, a distance of 177.41 feet to a point.of tangent; thence continuing Westerly along said North line of Illinois Toll Road, a distance of 625.72 feet to the point of beginning, in Cook County, Illinois.
