AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
OF THE ZONING ORD141NANCE OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERF..IELD (HIRSCH FIXTURES)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission.of the Village of Deerfield, pursuant
to proper notice, has held a public hearing upon the - request of the owner
of certain property proposed to be annexed-to the Village to zone or class -
ify.said property, which is hereinafter described, in the "M" Manufacturing
District; and
WHEREAS, the said Plan Commission has recommended that the President
and Board of Trustees amend the Zoning Map of the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Deerfield so as to zone and classify said property in;.the "M"
Manufacturing District; and
WHEREAS, said property has been duly annexed to the Village of Deerfield.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFI.ELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the.Zoning Map of the Village of Deerfield included
ONE: and made a part of the Village of Deerfield Zoning Ordinance,
passed'May 4, 1953, as'amended, is hereby further amended
by zoning and classifying the following described property in the "M" Manu-
facture ng Di strict: .
That part of the North West.quarter of the North West Quarter of
Section 4, Township 42 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal -
Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection
of the West line of Section 4 aforesaid with the North 'I.i ne of the
Illinois Toll Road, said North line being 250.20 feet North.of the
South line of the North West quarter of the North West quarter of
said Section 4, thence East-on said North line 3:77.57 feet to a point,
thence North on a line drawn to a point 371.22 feet East of the North
West corner of said Section 4 (as measured on the-North-line of said
Section 4), a distance of 373.65 feet to the place of beginning,
thence continuing North along said last described line 321.35 feet,
thence North Westerly on a line having an exterior angle of 130 degrees
50 minutes 20 seconds with the last described line (said line being
70.0 feet South Westerly as measured at right angles and parallel to
the center line 6f the Union.Drainage District Ditch), a distance of
300.0 feet, thence North on a line having-an interior angle of 130
degrees 29 minutes 50 seconds with the lastuldescribed line, a distance
of 92.45 feet:,-to the center line of said Union Drainage District
Ditch; thence South Easterly along said center line of said Ditch a
distance of 927.66 feet to a point on a line drawn at Fight angles
to the North line of said Section 4 from a point 848 feet East of the
North West corner of the North West quarter of said Section 4, thence
West parallel to said North -line of-the-lllinois Toll Road 47678 feet
to the place of beginning, in Cook County, Illinois.

OF DEERFIELD (HIRSH FIXTURES)

on a line drawn at right angles to the North line
of said Section 4 from a point 848 feet East of the

beginning, in Cook County, Illinois.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force
