O-66-15ORDINANCE NO..0 -66 -15 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, pursuant to certain Annexation Agreements heretofore entered into by and between the Village of Deerfield and certain owners of lands, w�i-tten Petitions under oath signed by the owners of record of all •nand within the territory hereinafter described have been filed with the Village Clerk requesting that eaid territory be annexed to the Village of Deerfield; and WHEREAS, no electors reside within said territory; and WHEREAS, said territory is not within the corporate limits of any municipality, but is contiguous to the Village of Deerfield.
