AN ORDINANCE AMEN) ING SECTION XIV.D.2
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield pursuant
to proper notice, has held a public hearing upon the subject matter of a
certain amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, the said Plan Commission has recommended that the corporate
authorities amend said Zoning Ordinance as hereinafter provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section XIV.D.2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
ONE: of Deerfield,.11linois, passed May 4, 1953, as amended, be
and the same is hereby further amended by striking said
section in its: entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
" 2. Parking Area.- The parking of private automobiles shall
be .permitted within side and rear yard areas, subject to
the provisions of Section XVI Off- Street Parking and Loading."
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be i.n full force and effect from
TWO: and after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law.

ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section XIV.D.2 of the Zoning Ordinance
ONE: For the Village of Deerfield, Illinois, passed
May 4, 1953, as amended, be and the same is
hereby further amended by striking said section in its entirety
and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"2. Parkin Area - The parking of private auto-
mobiles shall be permitted within side and
rear yard areas, subject to the provisions
of Section XVI Off- Street Parking and Loading."
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
