O-66-11ORDINANCE NO. 0 -66 -11 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 719 -737 CENTRAL AVE. DEERFIELD WHEREAS, EUGENE BERGMARK has petitioned for a variation from the strict provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, passed May 4, 1953,.as amended, to permit a resubdivision of three existing lots of record into three lots with equal widty of 69 feet, . 11 -3/8 inches; and WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly published as required by statute, a public hearing on said petition was held and conducted by the Zoning Board of Appeals of 'the Village of Dee rf'i e 1 d'; and WHEREAS, the Zoning'Board of Appeals has filed with the President and Board of Trustees its written findings of fact and recommendations. NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the findings of fact and recommendations of the ONE: Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby concurred in and adopted as the findings of fact of the President and Board of Trustees. SECTION That there are practical difficulties and particular TWO: hardship in the way of carrying out the strict letter of the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield as applied to petitioner's property which is .legally de- scribed as follows: Lots 8, 9, and 10 (except the West 10 feet of Lot 10) in Woodman's resubdivision of that part of Blocks 5 and 4 in Hall and Oster - man's Addition to Deerfield, in Section 33, Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Lake County, Illinois. SECTION That a variation from the strict provisions of Para - THREE: graph D:6 of Section XI of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, passed May 4, 1953, as amended, with respect to the property hereinabove described is4e reby granted so as to authorize the resubdivision of'each-of the three existing lots of record into three lots with equal width of 69 feet, 11 -3/8 inches, and the construction on each of said lots of two - family residential structures. SECTION That the variation hereby granted is subject to the FOUR: condition that except as to lot width and lot area, there shall be compliance with all other provisions of applicable ordinances of the Village of Deerfield. SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect FIVE: from and after its passage,land approval, as provided by law. AYES: FIVE (5) NAYS: NONE (0) ABSENT: ONE':. SECTION That the variation hereby granted is subject to FOUR: the condition that except as to lot width and lot area, there shall be compliance with all other provisions of applicable ordinances of the Village of Deerfield. SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force FIVE: and effect from and after its passage and approval, as provided by law.
