AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.201
(THROUGH STREETS) AND SECTION 20,203(b)
(STOP STREETS) OF ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER
20 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE.VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD OF 1963., AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 20.201 of Article II of Chapter 20 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1963, as
amended; is hereby further amended by adding the following
streets and parts of streets therein set forth and declared to be through
streets:
Beverly Place from Deerfield Road to.-Margate Terrace
Oxford Road from Deerfield Road to Westgate Road
Kenton Road from.Deerfield Road to Woodvale Avenue
Warrington Road from Deerfield Road to Woodvale
Margate Terrace from Meadowbrook Lane to Warrington Road
Westgate Road.from Wincanton Road to Oxford Road
Warwick Road from Waukegan Road to Oxford Road
North Avenue from Waukegan Road to 505' East of Woodvale Avenue
Woodvale Avenue from North Avenue to Kenton Road
SECTION That Section 20.203(b) of Arti c:le 11 of Chapter 20
TWO: of the Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of
1963,as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting
the following streets and parts of streets from the list of streets and parts
of streets therein declared -to be stop streets:
Essex at Warrington.
Margate at Kenton
Oxford at Margate
Walden at Warwick
Warrington at Margate
Westgate at Warrington;
and by adding the following streets and parts of streets to the list of
streets and parts of streets therein declared to be stop streets:
