AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CONDEMNATION
OF LAND-FOR STREET PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BE THE PRESIDENT AND. BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That�it is necessary and for the best interests of
ONE:.. the Village that the Village acquire the property
known as:
The East 60 feet of the South 233 feet of the South East Quarter
of Section 29, Township 43 North, Range .12, East of the Third
Principal Meridian; in Lake County, Illinois
and that the same is necessary for the establishment of a street to serve
the residents of the Village.
SECTION That Richard V. Houpt is hereby authorized,as attorney
TWO: for the Village, to institute appropriate condemnation
proceedings for the acquisition of this property by
the Village.
SECTION That the Vildage has on hand funds available to pay
THREE: the fair and reasonable cost of the land to be so
acquired.
SECTION That this Ordinance.shall be in full force and effect
FOUR: from and after its passage and approval, as provi ded
by law.
