AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD, 1963.
Chapter 20, Article V, Section 507
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, that:
The.Municipal Code of Deerfield, 1963, Chapter 20, Section 20.507
be' amended by deleting the following:
Article V - Parking Rules
20.507 Cab Stands - Bus Stands
(c)2 The sixty feet along the north curb line of Deerfield Road
beginning at a point approximately one hundred and sixty feet
west of the northwest intersection of the Waukegan-and Deerfield
Road curb lines.
The Municipal Code of Deerfield, 1963; Chapter 20, Section 20.507
be amended by adding the following:
Article V - Parking Rules
20.507 Cab Stands - Bus Stands
(c)2. The sixty feet along the north curb line of Deerfield
Road west of a point beginning approx:iimately_ one hundred and
twenty -eight feet west of the northwest intersection of the
Waukegan and Deerfield Road curb lines.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
